Michael Olding, M.D., currently serves as the Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Center at The GW Medical Faculty Associates and is Chief of Plastic Surgery at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Olding completed his surgical training at Cornell Medical Center and McGill University, and has over 20 years of experience. He is one of Washington’s premier cosmetic surgeons.
Peter currently serves as the Executive Chairman and Chief Medical Officer of WorkCare, Inc., the nation’s largest privately owned outpatient occupational health organization. Peter offers Aperio significant insight into building a business from the perspective of strategic connectivity and scale. Peter will help Aperio access scale through relationships with nationally-known distribution partners.
Farnaz is a board certified ophthalmologist, with Fellowship training in Cornea and Glaucoma. She is currently a full-time glaucoma specialist for the Kaiser Permanente Health System in Southern California. Farnaz has been intimately involved with Aperio since November 2017, assisting with logo and website designs as well as product packaging and development. She joined the Advisory Board in June of 2019 and will be active in ongoing business development efforts, interfacing with spa owners in the Southwestern U.S., particularly in California.
John serves as an Emergency Physician in Sollis Health’s private emergency clinic and providing home visits. John previously served as NY Medical Director at Vault health and as National Program Director of InHouse Physicians, a premiere global concierge medicine organization. John offers Aperio expertise and connectivity in launching our platform products into premiere spa and concierge consumer networks.

Peter Greaney, M.D. joined Aperio’s Advisory Board in February 2020. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman and Chief Medical Officer of WorkCare, Inc. Dr. Greaney recently transitioned from the role of President & CEO involved in daily operations to Executive Chairman in order to pursue his interest in innovation and strategic business development. As Chief Medical Officer, he continues to oversee the company’s clinical activities and occupational physician team.
Dr. Greaney’s experience spans clinic ownership, management, and service delivery; designing occupational medicine programs for businesses; and serving as a corporate Medical Director for national corporations. Industries in which he has experience include biotechnology, environmental engineering, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemical and utility companies, and large wholesale operations. Wherever he goes, Dr. Greaney demonstrates his encyclopedic knowledge of the regulatory environment, root causes of occupational health and safety challenges, and creative solutions.
Dr. Greaney completed his training in occupational and environmental medicine at the Southern Occupational Health Center at the University of California, Irvine, where he has served as a faculty member and mentor. He serves on a number of boards. Dr. Greaney is also a sought-after speaker and contributor to research, journals and white papers on occupational health and safety topics. He is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
Farnaz is a board certified Ophthalmologist practicing at the Southern California Permanente Medical Group of Kaiser Permanente. Farnaz graduated from medical school at the University of Pittsburgh as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her residency at the University of California, Irvine, where she trained in comprehensive Ophthalmology and the full spectrum of eye diseases and surgeries, including Oculoplastics.
Farnaz continued her surgical training with two fellowship years in Cornea and External Disease and Glaucoma at the renowned Doheny Eye Institute / University of Southern California, subsequently serving for two years on the faculty of the Doheny Eye Institute, as an assistant professor of Ophthalmology. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2009. Farnaz has published numerous peer-reviewed papers in clinical Ophthalmology.
Farnaz has been intimately involved with Aperio since November 2017 and has helped with logo and website design as well as product packaging and development. She is the first official tester of the Aperio serum. Farnaz joined the Advisory Board in June of 2019 and will be active in ongoing business development efforts, interfacing with spa owners in the Southwestern U.S., particularly in California.

Dr. Kim completed his M.D. and Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, he received a B.S. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
